Guidelines for Remote Hearings and Filings Issued
In a remarkable coordinated effort between the Executive Branch, the Judicial Branch, and the Bar, the Chief Administrative Judge for Family, the Honorable Michael A. Albis, issued today detailed guidelines which enable Connecticut family law litigants to remotely file agreements for court approval. This process is the Superior Court’s first significant leap into “virtual” law in light of COVID-19.
